Troubleshooting: Why isn't the remote control working? ● Our remote control offers both infrared and Bluetooth pairing options. We recommend Bluetooth pairing when initially setting up the projector. If you skip the Bluetooth pairing step, ensure to point the remote at the projector's IR sensors during use. ● Verify that you have installed two AAA batteries in the remote control. ● Avoid mixing new and old batteries in the remote, as this can lead to insufficient power supply and operational issues. ● Keep the remote within a 10-meter range of the projector. ● Remove any obstructions between the remote and the projector's IR sensor. ● If you've purchased a new remote, unpair the Bluetooth connection from the previous one before pairing the new remote: 1) Access the Bluetooth settings for the remote control by clicking the remote control icon in the top right corner of the homepage. Unpair the projector from the previous remote control. 2) Return to the homepage, click the remote control icon again, and enter the Bluetooth remote control pairing interface. 3) Simultaneously press and hold the volume + and volume - buttons on the new remote control for about 3 seconds. The Bluetooth pairing will be successful, and the projector will automatically return to the homepage.
